New Down Payment Assistance Program Launches in Flagstaff: Help Your Clients Access $50,000 in Pre-Purchase Assistance
Dear NAAR Members,
I’m thrilled to share some exciting news that directly impacts our Flagstaff community and the clients we serve: The City of Flagstaff’s CHAP–B Program is officially launching in August!
This program, administered by Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona (HSNA), will provide up to $50,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance for first-time Flagstaff homebuyers. These funds are a game-changer for mortgage-ready clients who just need help bridging the affordability gap. Check out the program highlights on the flyer below.
Now is the time to begin preparing clients and referring them to Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona for pre-purchase support. Let’s continue working together to make homeownership more attainable for our community!

Will NAAR know that I am receiving therapy?
No. Your organization will not know who is receiving therapy. They won't have access to your personal data unless you contact them to let them know or provide authorization for them to get this access.
Who are the therapists?
Therapists on BetterHelp are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists (PhD / PsyD), marriage and family therapists (LMFT), clinical social workers (LCSW / LMSW), or licensed professional counselors (LPC). All of them have a Masters Degree or a Doctorate Degree in their field. They have been qualified and certified by their state's professional board after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training and practice. While their experience, expertise and background vary, they all possess at least 3 years and 1,000 hours of hands-on experience.
What type of services does BetterHelp provide?
BetterHelp offers individual, couples and teen therapy services.

MLS Rules and Regulations Reminder
8.6 Mandatory Submission. Broker Participants shall input exclusive right to sell or exclusive agency listings on one-to-four-unit residential properties and vacant lots located within the service area of the MLS by the end of the third calendar day after all required signatures of the seller(s) and brokers have been obtained. Submission is only required for listings within the MLS service. Listings for properties located outside the MLS service area (see section 8.8) are not required but may be input at the broker Participant’s discretion. Commercial/Industrial, 5+ Units, Business Opportunities, or Rental categories are not required to be included in the MLS Database but may be input at the broker Participant’s discretion.
