February 2023 Newsletter
"There is no doubt that most of us are ready for spring! I have lived here my whole life and this winter has been one of a kind since I have been old enough to shovel snow. A lot of the monthly tours have been canceled as well as our Cross Country Skiing event. We know everyone will get back on track once we get a break from all of these storms. Trees and plants will start blooming and this summer is bound to be beautiful in Northern Arizona. One great way to warm up will be to Step Up with us at the Arizona Spring Conference in Prescott at the end of March! There will be a lot of great speakers and break out sessions. Please know this will be a great learning and networking experience. Also, I am so excited for the second “Diversity Through My Eyes” art event this year. Come see us in Heritage Square at Art Walk on April 7th.
Last week, Judy Jackson accompanied me to the Annual Professional Development Conference this year. The two of us, along with Chad Dragos, Deidre Craig, and Dusty Rhoton were in attendance to learn about the importance of our Code of Ethics and our Arbitration process. The way we are able to govern ourselves through our own process is outstanding. Thank you to all of our members who volunteer on this committee and help us be better REALTORS® and protect our clients and the public. Stay tuned for some upcoming Affiliate and REPAC events. We are all getting a bit stir crazy so it will be nice to all get together. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all!"

NAAR's At Home with Diversity Scholarship
If you're interested in obtaining your At Home with Diversity® Certification, the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee along with the Professional Development Committee have teamed up to offer members the opportunity to get their certification through an NAAR Scholarship.
